In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring on time completion rack deployment tasks at data centers globally. You will also be responsible for improvement/sustainment projects/programs that support our mission of ensuring safe, timely, and cost effective builds.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Communicate build forecasts to global data centers.
• Coordinate with data center personnel to ensure deployment of racks within Service Level Objective (SLO) for all builds, removing blockers and helping sites prioritize work.
• Learn and understand all deployment program tactical systems and processes. Improve and sustain projects as necessary.
• Work with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, lead/encourage/support change, and establish relationships.
• Analyze and communicate data center deployment performance and opportunities to executive leadership.
