- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care needs.
- Maintain communication with healthcare teams and families.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Current RN license and one year of relevant experience.
- CPR certification and reliable transportation.
