HR Representative - Entry level Human Resources role

Position Responsibilities
- Reviews all forms in the new employee packet for accuracy and completeness (i.e. W4, I9, background, health office clearance, etc.). Notifies the appropriate person for discrepancies / follow up (i.e. recruiter, Manager of HR Operations, Compensation Analyst
- Enters new employee information into Lawson, in accordance with procedural guidelines.
- Pays close attention to detail when entering new hires, reducing the likelihood of errors and inaccuracies with work.
- Compiles a listing of items missing from the new hire paperwork (i.e. social security card, license, clearance forms, etc.) and distributes to the recruitment team.
- Coordinate and supervise implementation of new workflows with Information Technology department, clearly vetting proposed processes and identifying potential risks our outcomes.
- Follows up with recruitment team to collect missing documents, prior to creating the employee file. Once the employee file is complete, it is delivered to the File Room Clerk for filing.

- High.School. Graduate or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Lawson or related systems required.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- MS Office experience required.
- Hospital experience preferred.
