Qualifications
- Active Minnesota bar license with at least one year of legal experience
- Strong background in family law or courtroom experience or wanting to gain this experience.
- Excellent professional reputation and ethical standards
- Represent clients in family court proceedings
- Provide guidance and oversight to paralegals, law clerks, and support staff
- Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
