We are building our team and looking for energetic team players with a proven track record elevating both the client and candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide day-to-day oversight of the Talent Acquisition Team, working directly with hiring managers and business leaders to support the full recruitment lifecycle, in addition to create and elevate the client experience. We are looking for an experienced leader who will manage a requisition load while managing the team members.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site (Revo office or client site) work a minimum of 3 days per week. The schedule will be full-time M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the talent acquisition team within the Human Resources department. This position will partner with and guide leaders to design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies to identify critical talent while ensuring compliance with current laws, regulations, and company policies for all client organizations.
Essential Functions
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment process needs across all business units (including sourcing, screening, assessing, and leading the final offer and negotiation process).
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage, mentor and provide daily work direction to the Talent Acquisition team members.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement(s), collaborating across the HR team to enhance and elevate the hiring and onboarding process.
- Modify and create data analytics that support the company’s recruitment strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting jobs.
- Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on critical skills, client/business and individual location needs.
- Assess, evaluate and recommend talent acquisition processes and tools that will help standardize and automate processes and create organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Business Partners and Total Rewards teams to create job descriptions, price for market competiveness for new positions and/or modify existing positions based on business needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase candidate flow with an intentional focus on recruiting diverse applicants,
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events such as job fairs and networking events.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, professional associations, and other organizations to build network relationships.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, etc.
- Assess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend solutions that will best meet the recruiting demands of the organization.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)KPIs, track, and analyze recruitment activity metrics and report on progress to business leadership
- Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews for high level and key positions
- Ensure recruitment and hiring processes and practices are in full compliance with all federal, state, and or local laws to include background checks and drug screening.
- Any and all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience with a minimum of 3+ years leading a high performing team
- Recruiting experience in a corporate environment serving multiple hiring clients, preferably in a professional or client service organization and working directly with business leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws relating to sourcing, selecting, and hiring practices
- Experience sourcing talent at multiple levels, coordinating/participating in career fairs and events
- Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and networks to support recruitment strategies
- Effective strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Health care recruiting and/or industry experience preferred
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems, experience with UKG preferred
- HRCI, HCI, or SHRM certification preferred
- Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.

- Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required

- Travel to other (local) work locations to engage hiring managers, build business acumen and as business needs require (infrequent)
