POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical department operations and nursing care quality, collaborating with the Nursing Department Director/Manager. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, providing patient care, and ensuring safety and quality in services.

Minimum Qualifications
- EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP, and TNCC as applicable.
- SKILLS: Knowledge and skills for age-appropriate care.
- EXPERIENCE: 3 years relevant experience preferred.
