- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
- SKILLS: Knowledge of patient rights, clear communication, and age-appropriate care.
- EXPERIENCE: Supervised by Patient Care Director or Manager.
- ENVIRONMENT: Exposure to infectious diseases; flexible working hours.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle emergencies, extensive standing/walking, and manual dexterity.
