We are currently seeking a Business Process Specialist for our Salomon Team. This systems expert, in the O2C process, provides an intricately maintained package of systems while using in-depth expertise to provide the businesses and various affected departments with the ability to deliver an unparalleled service experience. Thinking creatively to manage, evaluate and develop the various O2C systems and processes that affect both regional and global areas throughout the business to increase efficiency. This individual will play an essential role in providing internal and external customers with seamless experience through set up and use of our O2C systems.

We are currently seeking a Business Process Specialist for our Salomon Team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform a combination of these essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily that are shared with other specialists in the team
- Maintain pricing for the North American outdoor brands
- Manage back-office functions in SAP for Customer Service including delivery priorities, payment dating, RDD’s, mass orderbook maintenance, etc.
- Maintain key user SAP statuses in the various O2C systems and processes while organizing and maintaining pricing rules, functional tables and data sheets
- Stakeholder in sales program review process to ensure smooth automated execution
- Assist in new account setup to ensure accuracy
- Identify system and process improvements
- Create process documentation as needed
- Service level agreement & order book reporting/monitoring
- Analyze compliance chargebacks, determine and establish process improvements to avoid future chargebacks
- Prioritize EDI setup requests
- Create, approve, and code Global IT Demands for EDI setups
- Review EDI mapping requirements and coordinate efforts between Business and EDI Systems
- Coordinate and perform EDI integration development and testing
- Monitor SAP interfaces for IDocs in error
- Monitor and correct errors for inbound and outbound EDI documents
- Assist in maintenance of Gentran tables for EDI document mapping
- Provide SAP training to Key accounts representatives for EDI processing
- Setup and maintain contract matching settings for EDI accounts
- Set up and maintain cross reference table for SAP account numbers to customer account locations for ASN and invoice transactions
- Analyze material master and inventory records
- Work with credit team to maintain customer master records for EDI partners
- Manage new sold to and ship to account setup requests for EDI partners
- Maintain delivery date adjustment table to translate customer supplied requested shipment and cancel dates to SAP
- Review current allocation logic and implement changes to maximize service and revenue
- Build out allocation analysis and reporting, partner with stakeholders to take appropriate action
- Review vendor compliance manuals and provide feedback relating to business processes
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments and brand contacts
- Lead and participate in special projects including training, order book maintenance, migrations
- As needed help with influx of operations workload during busy season & training

- High Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers in sometimes intense situations
- Self-Driven ability to multi-task and quickly change priorities/focus based on business needs, immediate demands, and to complete all duties on time
- Excellent communication skills and self-confidence to work independently with an array of business areas, providing presentations and training

- Ability to influence stakeholders up and down the organization
- Knowledge of ASNSI X12 EDI and EDIFACT standards
- Knowledge of various Communications technology solutions (VAN, AS2, FTP)
- Knowledge of IDoc structures and processes
- Support team development and cohesion
- Some travel may be required for new implementation support, SAP support, and warehouse/freight support
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems. High School Diploma or GED may be substituted for requirement as determined by leadership
- 4+ years of related work experience in IT, SAP, and project management
- Experience in customer service preferred. Optimally in winter & outdoor sports equipment
- Advanced knowledge in DORDSTAT, XLS Upload, & AFO reports including ad-hoc requests
- In depth understanding of CRM tools (Sales Force), and ASWO Order2Cash processes
