Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining residential and commercial landscapes.
- Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, weeding, and edging.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear.
- Assist with hardscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule.
- Follow instructions from Crew Managers and Supervisors to maintain quality standards.
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.
