Home Health Marketer/Liasion Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with Physicians and referral sources
• Increase community awareness of Promise Care’s services
• Focusing on goal achievement and patient care
  
  
  

Home Health Marketer/Liaison Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing function
• Previous healthcare experience
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and required liability insurance
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must communicate effectively with referral sources, patients and families
