Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and engaging Adult Learning and Development Trainer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with experience in training within a manufacturing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment who thrives on facilitating interactive learning experiences. Strong communication, facilitation, and technical skills—including video editing, LMS database management, and familiarity with Veeva—are a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic training programs tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing GMP setting.
- Implement effective training methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions that drive participation and learning.
- Create and manage training materials, including video content for instructional purposes.
- Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop impactful solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine training programs to maximize effectiveness.
- Experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Technical proficiency, including video editing software for instructional content.
- Hands-on experience with LMS (Learning Management System) databases.
- Familiarity with Veeva systems (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
