Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and engaging Adult Learning and Development Trainer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with experience in training within a manufacturing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment who thrives on facilitating interactive learning experiences. Strong communication, facilitation, and technical skills—including video editing, LMS database management, and familiarity with Veeva—are a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dynamic training programs tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing GMP setting.
  • Implement effective training methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions that drive participation and learning.
  • Create and manage training materials, including video content for instructional purposes.
  • Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop impactful solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine training programs to maximize effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Technical proficiency, including video editing software for instructional content.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS (Learning Management System) databases.
  • Familiarity with Veeva systems (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
