Wage: Starting at $100,000.00 annually, plus an annual performance bonus based on overall hospital performance and individual goals that are met.
Schedule:A five-day workweek is required, with flexibility to cover various shifts as needed. The schedule will include occasional evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure availability and support the hospital's 24/7 emergency and specialty care needs

As the Veterinary Hospital Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our hospital, driving operational efficiency, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and fostering a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Operational Management: Lead the daily operations of the veterinary hospital with a focus on excellence, ensuring the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Oversee all hospital activities, including patient flow, client care, and staff coordination.
Team Development & Training: Mentor and develop a diverse team, including veterinary technicians, support staff, and client service teams. Lead recruitment efforts and ensure ongoing training in advanced veterinary skills (e.g., anesthesia monitoring, surgery prep, post-op care). Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
Financial Oversight: Manage hospital budgets, financial goals, and cost controls. Analyze financial data and work collaboratively to improve profitability without compromising quality of care. Make data-driven decisions to ensure the financial health of the hospital.
Client Care & Communication: Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by overseeing client communications and service delivery. Actively engage in resolving client concerns, ensuring transparency, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure the hospital operates in compliance with veterinary, health, and safety regulations. Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of hospital operations and patient care.
Human Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent. Create a positive, supportive work culture that aligns with Innovetive Petcare's core values, emphasizing teamwork, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Manage scheduling, inventory control, and workflow optimization. Ensure timely patient care and hospital efficiency to meet the demands of a busy specialty and emergency practice.
Cross-Clinic Collaboration: Collaborate with other leaders within the Innovetive Petcare network to implement best practices, share resources, and continuously elevate the level of care provided across the system.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in veterinary practice management, specifically in a specialty or emergency veterinary environment.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of veterinary experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a veterinary or healthcare setting. Strong preference for experience in emergency or specialty practice (SP/ER).
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) certification is a strong asset.
