HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator to join our team. The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position plays a crucial role in promoting a safe working environment and protecting the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Provide training to employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain records of health, safety, and environmental data, including incident reports and training records.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of the HSE programs.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
