Pay: Up to $23.00 (Depending on Experience) / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire
Summary: Responsible for Providing quality service to guests and assuming responsibility for retail store. Continuously improve process identifying and implementing new solutions.

Essential Functions
- Answer customer questions and address problems & complaints in person and via phone
- Responsible for all transactions made in the store
- Balanced the needs of multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-pace retail environment
- Provide great customer service and offer a organized working space/area
- Collaborate with all employees to provide best customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in supervisory role
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency with cash registers and other point of sale systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulation
