The Operations Support Admin is an administrative position that is responsible for providing support functions to the Operational Departments. The Operations Support position reports to the Operations Manager. This position will receive daily supervision and instructions from the Operations Leadership Team.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Perform inventory transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Coordinate production needs between Operations, Quality, and Extract
  • Perform cycle counts as needed
  • Ability to reconcile finished goods inventory
  • Create and coordinate needed paperwork for the production lines
  • Accurately interpret work orders and other instructions to assure proper materials and specifications are being followed.
  • Accurately complete all required quality checks and paperwork
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management; tasks are not exclusive or limited to duties specified on this list.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
  • Follow all required work safety procedures to include wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
