Your Role:

• Provide compassionate care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Keep accurate records and communicate with residents, families, and the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Be the friendly face our residents need, offering comfort and support to them and their families.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid LPN license in Missouri
• CPR/BLS certification
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must!
