Requirements
- You must be 18 years old.
- A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and fingerprinting are required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Understanding or experience in general maintenance
- Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
- Completing maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- basic electrical and light bulbs
- plumbing
- carpentry
- mechanical
- drywall, and painting
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Completing other tasks, including general cleaning, and projects as needed
