Job Summary: The AI Strategist/Trainer role is to shape the future of business by helping the Bank find where it can unleash the power of AI and machine learning. This includes driving strategic alignment, fostering collaborative engagement, and leading initiatives to deliver tangible business value through cutting-edge AI solutions using the information learned to design, implement, and facilitate training across the Organization. Partner with all the stakeholders in gathering, documenting, and analyzing data in support of AI business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements to ensure a positive customer experience. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of AI related system investments. Maintains a professional relationship with internal and external business partners to deliver a high level of customer service to all. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Position requires high energy, initiative, and a self-starter who is positive and motivated. Customer-first mind set with the ability to keep an open mind, collaborate, and compromise on all potential solutions and support of managements resulting decisions. Proven experience in AI strategy development and training. Strong understanding of the banking industry and the changing AI regulatory environment. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communications. Effective personal relations skills to ensure successful interactions with team members, internal and external departments, and vendors. Familiarity with adult learning and coaching concepts preferred. Ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, involving terminology or concepts foreign to many people required. Including the ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly training materials. Ability to provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues required. Strong technical leadership and project management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and with logical skill, to meet strategic goals. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications required.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Some travel required related to conferences and training.

- Develop and help gather Executive consensus of a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our bank’s goals and industry trends.
- Monitor the AI regulatory landscape and communicate potential impacts to Financial Institutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our software partners that develop their own embedded AI solutions to enhance customer solutions and operational processes.
- Stay up to date on industry AI, machine learning, and large language model advancements and trends and looks for opportunities to apply that knowledge to existing business processes.
- Analyze enterprise-wide procedures to identify AI use cases, create efficiencies, and mitigate potential risks.
- Work with IT groups to design and develop AI solutions to company problems starting from conception to implementation.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging and informative seminars, workshops, and customized training on AI topics to drive product adoption and maximize usage at INTRUST.
- Maintains training materials ensuring content is current and accurate.
- Have the courage to challenge current processes / procedures searching for new and better approaches and escalating, as necessary.
