Job Purpose: The Systems Trainer will be responsible for delivering both face to face and remote based training to all branch staff as the System Transformation team implements Cera Technology to their branch. You will be a subject matter expert on the systems being trained out and ensure your training style is one that promotes the use of Cera Technology with passion and excitement to engage branch staff in this system transformation project.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the System Transformation, Operations Management, L&D, IT, Quality and Business Support Teams to
ensure the smooth delivery of training within the integration programme.
Drive continuous improvements liaising with System Transformation, Business Support, L&D, Operations and Quality to drive improvements to systems training being delivered.
Ensuring high standards with regards to quality of training delivery.
To deliver training as and when required by the business.
Ensure feedback is provided post-delivery of training to the System Transformation and Business Support teams.
Manager systems training materials, including training plans, delivery notes
and any slides and e-Learning materials.
Accountable for driving faster adoption through the effective training of the
end users.
Build long-lasting relationships with local and regional stakeholders at all
levels.
Ensure the team has the right skills and development to deliver the required systems training needed.
Documenting lessons learned during the implementation.
Person Specification Essential
You must be able to travel over 90% of the time including overnight stays so a driving licence is essential.
Demonstrable training background and experience including onsite classroom
based, 1-2-1 coaching and remote based training.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate
the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high pressure environment.
Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority.
Change management experience, including communications, engagement, behavioural and cultural change.
Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for non technical stakeholders.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Logical and efficient.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Google Workspace or Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Very strong planning, organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high pressure environment.
Be able to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
Self-motivator for meeting deadlines and for enthusing service improvement
through effective training and coaching.
The ability to be flexible, adaptable to change and good at problem solving.
A strong operational awareness, with an ability to understand situations from a user's point of view
Experience of producing systems user guides and process manuals.
Full UK Driving License.
Desirable
Experience within health and social care.
Training or project management qualification.
