About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized Partner Marketing Manager to support and grow our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on creating compelling co-marketing content, organizing impactful webinars and events, supporting the partner lifecycle, and enabling partner success through strategic marketing support.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and partnership teams to amplify our reach and deliver value to our partners and shared audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Campaigns
- Help to develop co-branded marketing materials including case studies, blog posts, landing pages, email content and social media content
- Build marketing toolkits and partner-facing collateral to support joint campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure content aligns with brand tone, value proposition, and goals
Webinar & Event Execution
- Plan and execute joint webinars, virtual events, and partner spotlights
- Coordinate logistics, speaker alignment, promotion, and follow-up communications
- Track performance and optimize future events based on key insights
Partner Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and manage partner onboarding journeys and communication flows
- Support engagement and activation campaigns across the full partner lifecycle
- Create nurture email sequences and resources to drive ongoing value
Partner Enablement & Support
- Assist in launching new partnerships with go-to-market plans and communications
- Maintain a partner marketing calendar and resource hub
Performance & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance, content engagement, and partner program metrics
- Use insights to improve marketing tactics and increase partner-sourced pipeline
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in partner or B2B marketing (preferably SaaS or tech)
- Are a strong writer and content creator with a portfolio to share
- Have experience planning and managing webinars or virtual events
- Understand partner ecosystems and the importance of enablement and lifecycle strategy
- Are highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience with tools like PartnerStack, Marketo, Salesforce, CMS platforms, Rocket, Outreach.io and webinar software (Zoom, ON24, etc.)
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience supporting ISV, reseller, or marketplace partners
- Are familiar with channel and ecosystem tools like PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or Impartner
- Have an eye for design and can confidently make simple updates in Canva or PowerPoint
- Bring fresh ideas to make partner marketing more engaging, scalable, and creatively impactful
