Position Details
The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight of IDD programs within assigned region by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and funding source requirements. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and providing clinical supervision to team of Behavior Professionals.
Earn up to $115K annually.

The Ideal Candidate Will Need To Have The Following
- Master’s Degree and BCBA Certified Professional in good standing in State of California required.
- 6 years’ experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD (Intellectual Development Disabilities) and with mental health diagnosis
- Minimum 3 years supervisor experience.
