Travel Superintendent

Applicants must have experience in running large scale projects (specifically Universities), coordinating with other trades, general contractors, and subcontractors.Compensation is determined pending qualifications.Required skills/experience

• Manage at least 25-30 people at a time.
• University building electrical experience.
• Read and understand blueprints
• Competent with various project management softwares and electronics
• Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc.
• Ability to coordinate with the General Contractor's Superintendent, other trades, and company hired subcontractors.
• Ability to coordinate with Utility Company providers
• Implement safety standards and procedures
• Maintain contract schedule and budget with Project Manager
• Turn in required daily reports & weekly timesheets
• Operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.)
• Ability to travel
