Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Hospitality Operations Intern to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York.

- Available for eligible year-round team members
- Assist with receiving and distribution of retail merchandise
- Work with the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager on novelty buying
- Coordinate merchandise orders for client and guest needs
- Maintain and replenish the jersey lettering program as needed
- Assist with the inventory process
- Operate as a supervisor and assist with training of retail operation standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Understanding of the inventory control process from start to finish
- Comprehension of inventory management and buying process
- Learn how to build client/guest relationships
- Gain perspective of multi-location retail operations and hospitality operations
- Pursuing a Degree in Retail or Hospitality Management program preferred
- Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift, pull, hold up to 50 pounds
