Looking for a results-driven, professional Production Manager for a residential Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical services organization. Production Managers lead and own the business of their location and while providing active and ongoing support to the vision and mission of the organization.
A customer's time is a priority for our organization. We offer customers on-time service, replacement, and repairs done right the first time with courtesy, convenience, cleanliness, competence, and character. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization meets or exceeds goals through active engagement with field staff, support staff, management and vendors. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership in a service organization environment, an excellent work ethic, proven attention to detail, and great communication skills. General management and P&L experience in a multi-site organization a plus.
This key leadership role supports client programs, service delivery, leads and manages a team of technicians and employees, manages vendor support and communication, performs Human Resources functions locally, and identifies new business and growth opportunities. The position is responsible for driving execution results through hands-on management of teams, objectives, training, and through close coordination with management and departmental support.

Salary $80,000 - $120,000+ per year based on experience + performance

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to ensure that their experience meets or exceeds our Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Establish and maintain outstanding customer service within assigned geographic area.
- Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate employees.
- Effectively manage district accounts through Quality Control Monitoring and client communication.
- Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth and customer service skills.
- Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters a strong brand orientation and supports achievement of sales objectives.
- Ensure efficiency and production of service, install, sales, warehouse, and office support personnel in order to achieve revenue and profit goals.
