In this role, you will work on commercial and government projects, performing essential concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces. Responsibilities Include

• Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools
• Set concrete forms and ensure proper alignment and depth
• Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and stamping
• Repair and resurface existing concrete structures
• Work with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all OSHA safety regulations
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete finishing or a similar role is preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Team player with strong communication skills
