Human Resources Coordinator

A nonprofit organization based on Staten Island, is looking to add an HR coordinator to their growing HR team. The HR coordinator will assist the team with onboarding, off boarding, HRIS data maintenance, and communicating with various departments. The ideal candidate has a generalized HR background, and looking for an opportunity to grown and learn. The position is direct hire, and a hybrid model.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of general HR experience (onboarding, offboarding, timesheet, employee relations)
• Large employee population experience (100+ employees or more)

Preferred Skills:

• Payroll Processing experience
• Previous work with unionized workers (education, nonprofit, etc.)

Compensation: $55,000 - 60,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
