Job Type: Contract, Commission-Only-Hunter Position for New Accounts

Location: Specific Territories ( NY, SC, GA, NC, FL, TN, KY, TX, NV, NM, PA, OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MN, MA, CT, NJ, DE, MD)

Job Description:Join the forefront of the Delta-9, Kava, Kratom Kanna beverage industry with Botanical Brewing As a Beverage TerritorySales Rep you will lead a state-specific and target high-value accounts like Smoke/Vape Shops, C Stores, Liquor Stores, Bars Indep grocery stores.

This is not a leadership role ideal for experienced beverage sales person with strong relationships and a passion for the industry. You'll use Google Sheets as the CRM to oversee sales pipelines, Samples and Updates manage relationships, and collaborate with leadership to achieve regional sales goals.

Responsibilities

Use Google Sheets to monitor performance and sales pipelines.

Secure Customers & distributor partnerships

Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations for Delta -9 Kava/Kratom Kanna products.

Achieve regional sales targets and report results to company leadership.

Sample Events

Requirements

3+ years of sales management experience in the beverage or food .

Proven experience working with Small to Large Independent Accounts & adult beverage

Passion and personal knowledge of Delta -9 Kava/Kratom Kanna THC products.

Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing a Territory

Familiarity with Google Sheets similar platforms is a plus.

Compensation

Competitive commission structure: New Accounts for Reorders

Bonuses for meeting and exceeding regional sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least 2 years proven experience managing high-volume accounts in the beverage industry.
  • Must be able to travel to customer locations throughout Your Market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; candidates must be able to effectively interact with customers, internal employees, executive, account management, accounting and sales teams.
  • Ability to learn and use a CRM system., Google
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive & self-directed.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and proven time management skills.
