About the Role
This full-time Computer Technician Lead position is responsible for overseeing our technician operations process. The Computer Technician Lead will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality, and be well-versed in computer systems and network functions.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Repairing and refurbishing donated computers
- Work with managers on improving process
- Computer troubleshooting
- Hard drive sanitization
- Disk imaging
- Automated operating system installation
- Assembling and Disassembling computers
- Computer repairs
- Telephone technical support
- Computer loading/unloading
- Order parts
- Manage Bulk order sheet
- Delegate daily tasks and provide training as needed
- Manage network and camera system
- Install new systems as needed
- Help facilitate with volunteers
- Coordination, setup and management of volunteer events at warehouse
- Provide specs for online orders
- Complete tech KPI
- QC hard drives
- Order new staff badges
- Other duties as needed
- High school or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- 3+ years of experience as a computer technician or similar role
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Windows deployment and imaging experience a plus
- Strong analytical thinker
- Ability to estimate and meet deadlines
- Excellent computer/internet experience in working in Windows PC environment a must
- Passion for computers and technology
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be flexible, resilient and open to change
- Must be a self-starter with strong motivation and desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work in a general warehouse environment
