Job Summary

Warehouse Associates, under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for all warehouse tasks including, but not limited to, pulling inventory orders, restocking inventory, and receiving garments for orders or inventory.

Essential Job Functions

  • Warehouse Activities
  • Pull inventory orders according to schedule, determined by manager and/ or leads, delivering them to appropriate production departments
  • Receive garments into warehouse, sorting into orders or restocking inventory as needed
  • Onboarding and training of new team members when necessary
  • Following all SOPs
  • Quality
  • Ensure all orders are pulled according to department standards
  • Maintain a less than a 1% defect rate of garments pulled
  • Maintain a less than 2% defect rate of orders pulled
  • Provide garments for producing departments boxed neatly, by size, according to department specs
  • Quantity
  • Maintaining a rate of 4 – 6 orders pulled from inventory per hour
  • Approximately 300 – 400 pieces pulled per hour
  • Other
  • Maintaining department cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Safe use of box openers, pallet jacks, electronic lift, and other tools
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to perform all Warehouse skills when necessary
  • Must have good analytical judgment
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well
  • Strong skills in work planning and scheduling
  • Ability to work well in a team and think independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and empathy
