Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and expand our customer base.
- Client Support: Provide expert advice on products, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process quotes, sales orders, and payments accurately while maintaining detailed records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic sales efforts.
- Bilingual in English & Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor supplies is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage paperwork efficiently.
- Ability to follow and implement procedures effectively.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email (Outlook) and POS software.
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive hourly pay ($25/hr - $30/hr) with overtime and commission opportunities.
- Weekly pay cycle for financial consistency.
