PROJECTS
- Retail Marketing Fundamentals: Gain a comprehensive understanding of retail marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, both online and in-person. Learn how to create impactful messaging and engage customers effectively in retail environments.
- Remote Work and Collaboration: Develop proficiency in working and building relationships in remote or hybrid work environments. Enhance communication skills and learn how to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Retailer Interactions: Master interactions with retailers, understanding their needs and expectations. Learn how to build and maintain positive relationships with retailers to drive mutual success and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Project Management Skills: Acquire practical experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of retail marketing projects. Learn how to use project management tools like Asana and Airtable to track project progress, milestones, and deadlines efficiently.
- Product Information Management (PIM) Systems: Gain extensive knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) Systems such as Salsify and Syndigo. Learn how to navigate these systems effectively to manage product data, optimize content, and ensure consistency across retail channels.
- Industry Reporting and Advocacy: Develop skills in internal reporting and project advocacy, particularly in advocating for projects with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Learn how to leverage internal reporting to communicate project status, achievements, and impact effectively.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize retailer and product content for our e-commerce partners. This involves enhancing product descriptions, images, titles, and copy to improve content scores and drive conversion rates.
- Global Retailer Audit: Assist in conducting a comprehensive audit of our retailers' online presence globally. Identify areas for improvement, such as content gaps, branding inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities to enhance the overall online retail experience.
- International Retailer Support: Support international retailers in bringing their products up to baseline standards across global markets. This includes ensuring consistency in product information, imagery, and branding to align with our brand standards and enhance customer experience.
- Trade Show Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for retail trade shows and events. Research industry trends, identify key opportunities for brand visibility and engagement, and assist in the planning and execution of trade show initiatives.
- Project Tracking: Develop and maintain trackers for various retail marketing projects, including enhanced content updates, iFIT memberships, and other initiatives. Utilize project management tools like Asana and Airtable to track project progress, milestones, and deadlines effectively.
- In-Store Display Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for in-store display improvements. Assist in managing updates, working with designers to develop creative solutions, and overseeing the implementation of enhancements to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams, retailers, and external partners. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document project updates, milestones, and outcomes to maintain clear records of progress and results. Generate reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and achievements to stakeholders within the organization.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for learning and professional development in retail marketing strategies, project management methodologies, and industry-leading tools. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
