Below you will find the responsibilities and projects planned for your internship.

PROJECTS

• Procurement Document Management: Updating Policy, Manuals, and SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
• Data Management: Cost database cleansing, MSA & NDA filing/updating.
• Should Costing: Use existing should cost tools to investigate cost breakdowns for assemblies of components; Improve or define new should cost tools for alternative manufacturing methods.
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of roles and functions within Corporate Procurement, Operations and other cross-functional teams.
• Graph Benchmarking of our key commodities to understand ideal competitiveness level and opportunities to improve.
• Analyze data and assist in developing strategies to optimize inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
• Assist in generating reports related to inventory levels, order processing, and other supply chain metrics.
• Support the vendor selection and evaluation process, including conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing supplier performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards.
• Provide operational support of the department and ad hoc activities.
