We are seeking a bright, forward thinking, deadline driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be driven to improve their part of our organization.

As the Service Administrator supporting our facilities maintenance team, you will process work orders through our software program, generate invoices, ensure payment methods are accurate and conduct collections on accounts receivable as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining and auditing service-related databases and overseeing the inventory and distribution of uniforms, tools, personal protective equipment and other maintenance related items.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Software and database skills (Yardi experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, multi- tasking, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Experience in a property management or skilled maintenance environment is a plus
