  • Position: Financial Analyst I
  • Location: Roseville, MN
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, hybrid schedule after training.

The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support our Finance department by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting financial data while ensuring adherence to sound accounting principles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with service line leaders, prepare financial reports, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

  • Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets, and analyze trends in expenses, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
  • Act as a key finance partner, preparing and presenting financial performance reports, variance drivers, metrics, and insights to department leaders.
  • Prepare simple to moderately complex analytical reports, including revenue and expense analysis, business trend analysis, and ad-hoc special reports.
  • Lead the annual budget process for assigned departments and monitor budget variances.
  • Complete month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting and reviews.
  • Conduct financial and business-related analyses, including revenue opportunities, expense savings, and capital expenditures.
  • Research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
  • Assist in implementing sound accounting principles, policies, and procedures to support the future growth of the team and company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and strong analytical skills.
  • FP&A Certification or other finance/accounting certifications are a plus.

Salary Range

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $56,501 to $62,155 salary, based on experience and qualifications.

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
