Position Overview


Swipe Say Easy is looking a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives, helping manage their daily responsibilities, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and proactive, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.




Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared as needed.

  • Conduct research and provide background information to support decision-making.

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks to enhance the executives' work-life balance.

  • Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.

  • Maintain filing systems and organizational processes to streamline operations.





Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
