Taconic Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is crucial to the successful execution of our high-end luxury residential construction projects in the South Florida region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans and architectural drawings.
• OSHA certifications ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and coordinate onsite construction crews, ensuring quality control and efficiency
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and security
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve project challenges.
