Summary
To support the children�s programs including CFTO FRIENDS WAY and Cap City to process client referrals ensure that client authorizations and care episodes are appropriately entered in LifeChart support staff training activities run LifeChart reports for monitoring documentation assist in tracking data for grants and preparing reports and to work with both the billing and clinical services department to resolve problems that prevent us from billing for a service or collecting reimbursement from an insurance company.
Responsibilities
Receive and coordinate client referrals into the CFTO program responding in a timely manner to requests for information and providing intake dates.
Coordinate with client registration to ensure that insurance is checked for client eligibility and benefit information.
Work with Program Managers to identify clinicians needing case assignments providing them with the required documentation for decision making.
Communicate effectively with persons making referrals being helpful and responsive.
Maintain authorization data on CFTO client who are receiving EOS CAITS CFIT and FST services tracking approved authorization dates and units through LifeChart.
Input client opening and closing data in LifeChart including authorizations episodes and care team information.
Communicate with clinical staff and program managers to correct information that has resulted in billing errors.
Communicate with designated insurers as needed to confirm authorizations for CFTO services.
Work with clinical staff to fix episode linking and caseload issues.
Make adjustments to charge codes as needed in LifeChart to resolve billing errors.
Provide reports managers to assist in performance monitoring and improvement activities.
Attend meetings with billing and/or clinical staff to discuss assess and plan protocol that will maximize revenue for the program.
Assist managers in monitoring due dates for client documentation and productivity of staff.
Assists in gathering and analyzing grant data for children�s programs and in preparing reports for funders.
Assists in on-boarding new staff and setting them up with training requirements.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor�s degree in human services.
Necessary Special Requirements
Knowledge in Excel and ability to work in an electronic record.
Excellent customer service.
