Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Plumbing Technician with highly competitive pay earning between 15% - 25% commission and work M-F, from 8AM - 4:30PM or when the job is finished. Must be experienced in repairs on piping systems, snaking/jetting drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all of our Plumbers to be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers positively and enthusiastically to get the job done right.
  • Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family.
  • Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.
  • Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner
  • Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
  • Be willing to share expertise with other team members, especially apprentices


Qualifications

  • Licensed Journeyman, Licensed Plumbing Contractor, or minimum of 2 years full-time plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
  • Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Must possess own basic tools.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or working in tight spaces
