Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Customer Care Leader for our Elk Grove Village. As our Customer Care Lead you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service for internal and external contacts and customers. Act as first point of contact with customers and work to satisfactorily resolve issues. Meet established standards including fill rate, invoice accuracy and appropriate lead-time. Liaise with Sales Department on customer issues and implementation of new customers.

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Customer Care Leader for our Elk Grove Village. As our Customer Care Lead you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service for internal and external contacts and customers. Act as first point of contact with customers and work to satisfactorily resolve issues. Meet established standards including fill rate, invoice accuracy and appropriate lead-time. Liaise with Sales Department on customer issues and implementation of new customers.
What You Are Going To Be Doing…
- Communicate with customer base to process customer orders and complete invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with sales force and CC Team to answer general customer questions and issue resolutions. Monitor, evaluate and present solutions to potential problem areas
- Resolve customer situations and make decisions based on specific customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain customer files and communicates information to appropriate parties
- Take initiative to stay current on product line, prices, delivery time, and marketing promotional services
- Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
- Responsible for reporting people safety, food safety or quality observations to their management team and/or area QA for immediate actions.
- In the absence of the Customer Care Rep, other Customer Care Reps and/or Sr. Customer Service Lead will support the position requirements position requirements
- 1+ years customer service experience required.
- Experience in food service/manufacturing a plus.
- Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Ability to work flexible work schedule a plus.
- Experience supporting a field sales organization and brokers a plus.
