As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a first-class employee experience. This role provides support across a variety of HR disciplines, including HRIS, benefits administration, payroll support, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and HR training programs. Additionally, the HR Generalist acts as a backup for various HR functions globally, supporting both U.S. and international HR and Payroll processes. The HR Generalist ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining accurate records and providing high-quality HR support.


Employee Support & HR Operations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.


HRIS Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.


Benefits Administration & Payroll Support

  • Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting employee benefits   issues.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and handle employee benefit inquiries, including Leaves of Absence.
  • Ensure compliance with international benefits regulations (e.g., ACA, UK P11D, Germany A1).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of timekeeping, deductions, and adjustments.

 

Recruitment Support & Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of required documentation and system setup.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process offboarding tasks, including final payroll coordination.


Performance Management & HR Training Programs

  • Support the administration of the performance management process.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and feedback.
  • LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator for compliance training and coordinate HR training programs, including professional development.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist, HR operations, employee support or similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. 
  • Experience in a global work environment is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desired.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ability to manage HR data effectively.
  • Experience working with an LMS a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with employees across different countries and cultures. Fluency in a European language desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Working Conditions: Hybrid role in Radnor, PA 

Travel Expectations: Minimal

Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 10 pounds 10% of the time.
