Job SummaryWe are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Grand Rapids, MI team. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week


Key Responsibilities

• Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.


• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.


• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the company database.


• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer files.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• No prior experience required; training will be provided.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
