The HR Generalist administers policies relating to all phases of employee relations activity by performing the following duties.

Job Functions

  • Maintains general understanding of all human resources policies/procedures and responds to employee inquiries about them
  • Prepares corrective action documents and (as applicable) employee separation notices and related documentation after reviewing circumstances and advising management of potential risks
  • Identifies legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
  • Some travel may be required
