What You’ll Be Doing

Every day as a Restoration Technician brings a variety of meaningful tasks where teamwork and efficiency make the difference:

• Prepare workspaces and ensure all equipment is set up to tackle each project effectively.
• Communicate seamlessly with management and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Execute restoration processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Wrap up each project by cleaning, organizing, and leaving every job site spotless.
  
  
  

Your work is critical in restoring homes and businesses, providing comfort during stressful times, and seeing firsthand the impact of your efforts.

What We’re Looking For

We need go-getters who can meet the challenges below while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism:

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The ability to regularly lift 50 lbs (and, on occasion, up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfort working in challenging conditions, such as tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics) or at ceiling heights.
• Willingness to work with and around cleaning agents.
• Successful completion of a background check (subject to applicable laws).
