We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting efforts for Voloridge Investment Management and Voloridge Health. This role is essential in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. - Schedule and coordinate interviews for multiple candidates across various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers
- Manage multiple hiring calendars, coordinate availability, and confirm interview details with candidates and hiring managers
- Arrange in-person, video, and panel interviews, including coordinating travel logistics if necessary
- Provide timely updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates regarding scheduling changes or confirmations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to candidates and hiring teams
- Assist in managing communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep processes moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and initial screening when needed
- Support career fairs, campus recruiting events, and internal hiring initiatives by managing logistics and scheduling
- Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or corporate talent acquisition teams
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Fetcher, or other candidate sourcing platforms
- Prior experience coordinating executive-level interviews
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment compliance best practices
