Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist with experience in business process analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to assess and document existing business processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement process improvement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of process changes and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on process changes to ensure successful adoption.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday (8 Hour Shifts, PST)

Pay: $19 - $23 per hour
