We are looking for an IT Supervisor to join our team in Grand Forks, ND! In this role, you will lead a team of talented IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and innovative solutions to our internal customers and stakeholders. You will collaborate with business leaders, providing strategic guidance on IT initiatives and demonstrating the value of IT services in achieving organizational goals. In this role you will liaise with management, present updates, insights, and recommendations to drive data driven decision-making.

We are looking for an IT Supervisor to join our team in Grand Forks, ND! Key Job Responsibilities
- Train and develop a team of IT professionals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies, initiatives, and procedures.
- Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve.
- Manage work order ticketing system.
- Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and leaders.
- Travel domestically (less than 10%) of time.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical training and experience
- 3+ years related experience
- Knowledge of modern programming language such as SQL, C++, XML
- To meet the requirements for government contract work and work in a restricted facility, candidates must adhere to specific criteria set by federal regulations. This includes: 1) a U.S. citizen (whether born or naturalized); 2) a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or 3) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C.
- Experience working with stakeholders to communicate issues while balancing business expectations.
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven skills in leadership development and team building
