Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus Bonus

Overview:

As an Assistant Manager at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, you will play a crucial role in driving our store's success. You will help oversee daily operations and ensure that our location excels in cleanliness, teamwork, and financial performance. This position is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
• Assist with scheduling and training new team members
• Manage inventory and oversee weekly Sysco orders
• Coordinate and fulfill catering deliveries and events

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on operational efficiency and team development

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: 8-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts
