Accounting seeks an accountant or senior accountant for our Corporate Finance Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reporting department. This role is responsible for assisting with accounting reconciliations, month end closings, special projects and with quarterly and annual financial reporting to comply with Security and Exchange Commission rules and regulations. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH.

The pay range for the accountant position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually. The pay range for our senior accountant position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The position and pay determination are based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To

• prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• assist with monthly closing
• assist with day-to-day cash reconciliations and inquiries

• strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• a willingness and ability to learn and use accounting and analytical software systems
• the ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• the ability to work independently or collaboratively without hesitation to ask questions

Bring Education And Experience From

• a bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
• two or more years of accounting experience or equivalent related work experience (required); five or more years (preferred)
• a CPA certification (strongly preferred or actively pursuing)
