Your Role: CAD Designer
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate CAD Designer to join our team. Your designs will drive real-world results, and you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks & AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to bring designs to life
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and efficiency
- Ensure accuracy with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Assist in prototyping and testing phases to refine products
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of CAD design experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development
- Mastery of SolidWorks & AutoCAD – you live and breathe CAD
- Attention to detail – precision is your second nature
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, fabrication)
- Excellent problem-solving skills – you don’t just find problems, you fix them
- Team player – you thrive in collaboration and bring a positive attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with CNC programming, PDM systems, or CAM software
- Knowledge of weldments, sheet metal design, or fabrication processes
