Project Management and Communication
- Provide the highest level of customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise
- On going project review
- Update project plans regularly and keep the customer informed, i.e., keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
- Ensure timelines met and escalate project issues that cannot be completed within agreed timelines
- Ensure consistent communication across all internal departments for team alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all projects
- Oversee the management of projects to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with team members and customers to forecast and budget future project work
- Identify, budget and allocate resources to ensure project teams are meeting targeted delivery dates
- Review estimates to ensure they are appropriate, reasonable and agreeable
- Responsible for entering project tickets, time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
- Perform project audits and documentation
- 4 years of experience in project management in a Managed Services Provider environment (5+ total years preferred)
- Advanced project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt equivalent) preferred
- 3 years of previous customer service experience
- Proven track record of high performance within a high volume, short project life cycle environment, with associated industry standard KPIs
- Experience with creating detailed ticket and project templates within ConnectWise
- Experience with process creation and improvement
- Experience with strategy creation and implementation
- Technical experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally in English in a business setting
